Simikot Kailash Trekking is one of the unforgetable and unusual experience in terms of culture, nature and adventure. Simikot to Kailash trekking trail is opened in 1997 to foriegn tourist. Since then traveling Kailash was more easier and of course with more cultural exploration of Humla, one of the geographically remote but culturally rich and its flora and founa. Simikot to Kailash trekking makes a tremendous cultural exploration along the ancient salt caravan route between Tibet and Nepal.
Starting from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj flight then after a overnight in Nepalgunj you are having one of the most scenic mountain flight over Mt. Saipal range, You will reach at Simikot. Simikot is a small valley at an altitude of 2910m also called hidden valley in north western region of Nepal. Simikot to Hilsa border trek takes 6 days in total, after that your Tibet tour will start with Tibetan crew and transportation. After that 3 days of Kailash kora, your journey will lead toward Zangmu border town by overland drive and then finally Kathmandu.

Day 03: Fly to Simikot (2950m) 45m. free in Simikot
Day 04: Trek to Darapori (2600m) 3-4 hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Salli Khola (2750m) 7-8 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to Tumkot (3150m) 8-9 hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Thadodunga (3950m) 9-10 hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Hilsa and drive to Purang (3800m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 09: Drive to Thugo Manasarovar Lake (4580m) 3 hrs.
Day 10: Afternoon drive to Darboche(4660m) 1-1.5 hrs.
Day 11: Kailash Free Day
Day 12: Trek to Diraphuk (4800m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 13: Trek to Zuthulphuk (4850m) 8-10 hrs.
Day 14: Trek to Darchen & drive to Dongba
Day 15: Drive to Nyalam (3800m) 8-9 hrs.
Day 16: Drive to Kathmandu via Kodari border (1300m) - 7 hrs
Day 17: Free until airport time and drop to airport for final departure.
